Get Involved – Horticulture courses

Our current horticulture courses are fully booked until the summer although you can contact Bicton College to request to join the waiting list. 

If you are eager to get started then why not join our Thursday volunteer day where you’ll learn lots about gardening and food growing.

Our next available course starts in September and is the:

Introduction to Healthy Gardening – an accredited gardening course for all ages and abilities

(Occupational Studies Entry Level Award)

Every Tuesday Starting September 2021

at Foxhole Community Garden, Dartington Estate run with Bicton College

Learn how to garden for your own health and that of the environment, grow organic vegetables, flowers and plants, create wildlife sanctuaries and garden with nature, creating sensory planting schemes, areas of rest and tranquillity.

Whether you are new to gardening or would like to learn more for a career change, whatever your experience or ability.

The course cost is £150.

There is funding available for those in receipt of benefits or a low income.
