Join us every month in garden to learn how to grow organic vegetables, flowers and plants and garden.
Each month we’ll tend a special student plot to grow vegetables and flowers learning practical skills in no-dig, low maintenance horticulture as well as the theoretical knowledge you need to enjoy gardening success.
You’ll be able to connect with the garden and seasons as they change and see how we’ve created Foxhole Garden’s unique environment through sensory planting schemes, areas of rest and tranquillity and the focus on our own part in the natural environment.
Running on the last Saturday of the month from January to October from 9am to 1pm this course runs for 9 months from January with a break in August, ending with a harvest meal of our own grown veg in October.

We focus on regenerative horticulture practices learning how to use organic, no-dig gardening techniques to grow beautiful gardens, flowers and vegetables.
This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in or some experience of gardening or plant knowledge, and can be enjoyed by enthusiastic beginners and more experienced gardeners alike.
This course has been running in various forms for nearly 10 years at Old School Farm and has helped hundreds of gardeners and growers either get started or improve their skills!
It is a great introduction for those who want to grow on any scale, whether it is a small patio garden, an allotment or on a larger piece of land.
The course is offered on a sliding scale with limited tickets available at 3 tranches: £90 – low wage/unemployed, £120 – standard ticket, £150 – supporter ticket.
If you choose you can receive a Garden Year certification from AQA through the completion of a portfolio and payment of an additional £27.
